Small Teams

Some thresholds cannot be crossed alone, And some cannot be crossed by one person on behalf of others. The work here belongs to the group - to what it holds in common, what it must reconcile, and what becomes possible when people who need to move together finally do.

The Full Arc - Small Teams

For the partnership, co-founding pair, or intimate leadership group carrying a shared moment of demand. More than agreement is required here. More than a shared plan. What is required is coherence - among people who must cross the same threshold and arrive on the other side still oriented toward a common purpose. All five stages across three to six months, with in-person sessions at key thresholds and field design specific to how this group moves together.

Includes:

  • Individual intake assessments for each team member

  • Twelve to sixteen structured sessions across all five stages, hybrid

  • Three to four in-person sessions at key stage thresholds

  • Shared narrative arc and decision framework developed across The Arc

  • Field design documentation specific to the team's operating conditions

  • Collaborative partner integration - shared meals, sound, portraiture - as appropriate

  • Closing integration session with outward orientation and symbolic practice

The Arc & Field Intensive

For teams entering a significant phase of work together - a launch, a restructure, a creative production - who need shared narrative clarity and a designed field before the work begins in earnest. The Arc and The Immersive Field delivered across three to four days in person. What the intensive establishes is not only a storyline and a field but the interior and relational ground from which the group can move with coherence and shared purpose. A focused engagement whose effects extend well beyond its duration.

Includes:

  • Pre-work package for all team members - written reflection prompts and preparatory materials

  • Three to four days of in-person immersive sessions, field-designed for the team

  • Shared narrative arc and decision framework

  • Field design documentation - roles, rhythm, behavioral expectations, and environmental conditions

  • Shared meal integrated as a relational and ceremonial element

  • One virtual integration session within two weeks of conclusion

Single Stage - Small Teams

For teams with a specific and immediate need at a particular stage of their work. The engagement is bounded but not superficial - it applies the full depth of the framework to the question the group is actually holding, attending to the interior and relational dimensions of what is present without requiring entry at The Threshold.

Includes:

  • Intake assessment to identify the appropriate stage of entry for the team

  • Three to five structured sessions, hybrid, over four to eight weeks

  • Written summary of key insights, narrative developments, or field conditions established

  • One follow-up session within thirty days of conclusion

Sustained Field

For teams maintaining the coherence and shared direction established during engagement as the work moves into real conditions. The retainer does not restart the arc - it sustains the field the arc created, attending to drift, recalibrating when conditions shift, and holding the governing intention steady as the group advances into the work it has committed to.

*Minimum three month engagement

Includes:

  • One structured team session per month, hybrid

  • One individual session per month with the primary lead

  • Availability for time-sensitive advisory contact between sessions

  • Quarterly field assessment - attending to drift, misalignment, or shifting conditions

  • Formal reassessment at three months to determine continuation

Between engagements, The Yield carries the practice forward - gathering voices whose experience illuminates the terrain you are moving through.
