The Full Arc - Organizations

For the organization at a moment when the weight of what is demanded exceeds what conventional advisory relationships can reach. A cultural shift. A leadership transition. A reorientation of direction or identity that requires something more than strategy alone can address.

All five stages across four to six months, structured around three to four in-person gatherings and at least one immersive retreat. The work is designed to move through leadership and into the wider culture - altering not just what the organization does, but the quality of presence and shared understanding from which it acts.

Includes:

  • Individual intake assessments for all participating leaders

  • Sixteen to twenty structured sessions across all five stages, hybrid

  • Three to four in-person gatherings, including one immersive retreat

  • Organizational narrative arc and decision framework

  • Field design documentation for leadership culture, communication, and operating rhythm

  • Collaborative partner integration throughout - sound, shared meals, portraiture - as appropriate

  • Quarterly in-person presence across the engagement duration

  • Closing integration session with outward orientation and dissemination framework

Organizational Retreat

A two to three day immersive retreat encompassing The Threshold, The Arc, and The Immersive Field - designed for leadership teams at a moment of strategic inflection.

The retreat environment is deliberately designed (spatially, rhythmically, and relationally) to hold the quality of attention and interior presence the work requires. What the group carries in is met with the full weight of structured inquiry and carefully designed conditions.

What the retreat establishes is not a plan but a shared interior ground, a field from which direction and committed action can genuinely begin.

Includes:

  • Pre-work package for all participants - perceptual assessments, written reflection prompts, and preparatory materials

  • Two to three days of in-person immersive sessions, field-designed for the leadership group

  • Shared narrative arc and organizational decision framework

  • Field design documentation - roles, rhythm, behavioral expectations, and environmental conditions

  • Shared meals and ceremonial elements integrated as active forces throughout

  • One virtual integration session with the full leadership group within two weeks of conclusion

Sustained Advisory

For the organization whose work has taken root and now requires sustained calibration and continued attunement to what the moment demands, as conditions evolve, and the interior ground established during engagement is carried forward.

Two structured sessions per month with the leadership group. Quarterly in-person presence. Availability at the moments that cannot wait.
